CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Our classes incorporate weightlifting, strength training, gymnastics and conditioning workouts. We have CrossFit classes, olympic weightlifting classes and team workouts. We are also a HYROX Training Club, meaning we offer HYROX Specific Classes, programming and memberships.

Our gym is a family, with a community feel and a supportive welcoming atmosphere.

CrossFit is universally scalable meaning that is suitable for abilities. We offer a 2 day FREE class pass, so you can try us out before you commit to any memberships. Alternatively we have a 30 day trial if you would like to extend your trial period.

Our Gold package gives you unlimited access to all of our classes & open gym slots. Our most cost effective & flexible way to train. Minimum 6 Months.

Our Classes
CrossFit
CrossFit is our all in one class incorporating weightlifting, strength, gymnastics and conditioning elements.
Classes are coach led and universally scalable to suit all abilities.
Barbell
Our Barbell class teaches you the fundamentals of olympic weightlifting, led by qualified Olympic Lifting coaches.
We break down, correct and improve all areas of olympic weightlifting in a safe, supportive environment.

HYROX
HYROX class is based around strengthening all components of fitness that are essential for HYROX. Be ready to run, row, ski, wall ball, sled, pull, carry and more!
Couch to CrossFit
Learn the basics of CrossFit
with our Couch to CrossFit Course. Over 6 x 60 minute sessions, we'll teach you everything you need to know to join in with our full class timetable.

Saturday Sermon
Our Saturday Sermon is our Saturday morning team workout. Come and thrown down with friends in teams and take on our Saturday challenge!
