What is Couch to CrossFit?
We’ve all seen or heard of the running variety, starting from the very beginning and building up confidence, endurance and distance over a number of weeks. We’ve put together a CrossFit programme to allow you to do exactly the same with CrossFit. Starting you from the very basics of our sport, learning to move well, build confidence with all the basic movements and most of all enjoy trying something new!
HOW WILL IT WORK? 👇🏼
- It’s a 6 session course, with 6 x 60 min sessions available to book;
Tuesdays at 19:00-20:00
- You will be able to buy a 3 or 6 class pack, to book the sessions you can attend, giving you the flexibility to mix and match your sessions;
- There will be an option to upgrade from 3 sessions. For example, you complete your 3 sessions but want to attend 2 more;
At the end of the block, you will receive of the two following offers:
